Reservation

The reservation is binding if it is confirmed within 10 days after the reservation by e-mail, by a deposit of 50% of the total amount on our bank account.

Local tax

A local tax of €1.75 per day and person is charged. Children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt. It is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3.00 pm
Check-out: until 10. 00 am

Payment modalities

We accept credit cards, bank transfers or cash.

Cancellation

Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged with 50% of the price of the entire booking. For cancellations and changes made later, as well as no-shows, 90% of the price of the entire booking will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance

Unfortunately, something can always come up: this is exactly why we recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Pets

Supplement of €10.00 per day.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
